Yes, contact details can be updated, but identity verification is required to prevent unauthorised changes. To change your phone number or email address, log in to your account and go to Account Settings → My Profile. You will be asked to verify the change via an OTP code sent to your old number. Rollover (also known as wagering requirement or turnover) is the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM 50 bonus with a 20x rollover, you need to place bets totalling RM 1,000 (RM 50 × 20) before that bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Key things to know about M9Bet rollover:
- Calculated based on total wagers placed, not on winnings or losses.

- The timeframe to complete the rollover is stated in each promotion's terms and conditions.
